Day 1: Cusco Inca Sites & Pisac Archaeological Tour
Begin your adventure with visits to the iconic Inca sites surrounding Cusco, including Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay. Enjoy a traditional Andean lunch in the local community of Yuncaypata or Huillcapata. In the afternoon, explore the impressive Pisac ruins in the Sacred Valley. Overnight in Cusco or the Sacred Valley.
Day 2: Chinchero – Maras – Moray – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes
Discover the rich traditions of Chinchero, known for its weavers and colonial church. Continue to the circular agricultural terraces of Moray and the stunning salt ponds of Maras. After lunch, explore the living Inca town of Ollantaytambo and board the scenic train to Aguas Calientes, gateway to Machu Picchu. Overnight stay in Aguas Calientes.
Day 3: Machu Picchu – Return to Cusco

To book the Machu Picchu Tour, you need to make an initial payment of US$200 per person. The remaining balance can be paid online or at our office in Cusco with any card and without booking fees.
Student Discount:
US$ 30 off
All travelers under 17 have a $30 discount. If you are 25 years old or under when traveling, you can get the discount with your Student ID. Please send us an email to receive a code for the discount.
Valid Student ID for Machu Picchu
To get the student discount, travelers should have a Valid ID with the following:
25 years or less at the time of entering Machu Picchu. Older than 25 can not enter as a student
The ID must have the Name of the university, name, and photo of the student
The ID must have a valid expiration date
Arrival in Cusco:
You'll be welcomed at the Cusco airport and transferred to your hotel. Be sure to provide your flight details at least 14 days in advance. Look for the Quinoa Expeditions representative with an yellow sign.
Briefing Session:
Held the day before your tour at 6:00 PM at your hotel or Quinoa Office
How to Book:
Complete the reservation form online.
Provide full personal information as shown on your passport.
Pay a $211 USD deposit per person via VISA or PayPal to secure train and Machu Picchu tickets.
Balance Payment:
You can pay the remaining balance in cash (USD or soles) at the Cusco office to avoid credit card fees. Online payments are accepted with a 5.5% fee.
Date Changes & Cancellations:
Tickets are non-changeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable once purchased. Deposits are also non-refundable.
Passport Requirements:
You must bring your original passport used during booking. If you’ve renewed it, either bring both old and new passports or pay a $25 fee to update your ticket details.
Weather:
Unpredictable dress in layers to adapt to changing conditions.
Drop-off After Tour:
You’ll be dropped off at your hotel in Cusco or the Sacred Valley after the tour.
Tipping:
Tips are not mandatory but are appreciated for excellent service. Tip based on your satisfaction and experience.
